Senior Product Manager, AI Call Intelligence
Litify, a leading legal technology company, is seeking a Senior Product Manager for their AI Call Intelligence suite. This role involves overseeing the entire lifecycle of AI-powered call intelligence products, including call capture, transcription, summaries, conversational insights, voice agents, and agentic workflows. The Senior Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define roadmaps, establish quality standards, and drive product adoption.
Key responsibilities include setting the roadmap for call capture, transcription, and AI-generated summaries, integrating conversational insights into platform workflows, developing AI voice agents for inbound and outbound use cases, and managing agentic workflows with defined guardrails and evaluation standards. The role also involves building quality assurance and coaching features, leading client discovery and beta programs, conducting market and competitive research, and translating strategy into a prioritized backlog for engineering, design, data science, and go-to-market teams.
Candidates should have over five years of product management experience within B2B SaaS or workflow automation platforms, with at least two years managing AI, ML, or data-intensive products. Experience in leading cross-functional teams, shipping products based on unstructured or probabilistic data, and hands-on experience with conversational or agentic AI is essential. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills are required, along with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
The estimated base salary for this role ranges from $140,000 to $155,000 annually, with potential bonuses and benefits. Litify offers a remote or hybrid work environment, providing flexibility and a collaborative culture.
