The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or possesses equivalent industry experience. A minimum of 5 years of experience delivering software as part of an agile team is required, along with experience developing software compliant with standards such as PCI DSS, HIPAA, SOX, GDPR, or CCPA. Strong communication and collaboration skills, as well as experience working with remote and globally distributed teams, are essential.

Compensation for this role includes an annual salary ranging from £80,000 to £100,000, dependent on experience, along with an annual bonus scheme based on individual and company performance.
