The Product Data Analyst at NMI is responsible for leading the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data to drive product strategy and execution. This role collaborates closely with product managers, engineers, sales, and support teams to ensure data-driven decisions are made throughout the product lifecycle. The analyst will build frameworks that provide data and insights, empowering internal product teams to make informed decisions that foster business growth.

Key responsibilities include creating and owning data roadmaps to enhance product performance transparency for stakeholders, managing data analytics dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs), and delivering actionable insights to product managers. The analyst will monitor data accuracy, support proactive investigations, and develop forecasting models to influence strategic decision-making. Additionally, the role involves designing and documenting analytics frameworks for product experimentation, A/B testing, and advanced modeling to support long-term product performance.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field and/or at least three years of experience in a technical financial services role involving data analysis and interpretation. A passion for data-driven decision-making, strong analytical skills with attention to detail, and a proactive approach to issue resolution are essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required to effectively collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholder groups. Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI, experience building data pipelines using tools like Fivetran, BigQuery, and dbt, and an interest in data science are also important qualifications.

NMI offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $90,000 to $120,000, depending on experience.
