Candidates should have experience in the payments or fintech industry, proven leadership in a customer support setting, and strong communication skills. Proficiency with customer ticketing systems and a solid understanding of IT systems are essential.
The position offers an annual salary of R550,000 to R700,000, dependent on experience, along with benefits such as an annual bonus scheme, 15 days of holiday plus public holidays, and family-friendly policies.
