Social Security Disability Attorney

Morgan & Morgan is seeking an experienced Social Security Disability Attorney to join its expanding practice in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, the attorney will manage a substantial caseload, guiding clients through the Social Security Disability process, preparing for and attending hearings and court appearances, and overseeing the daily management of active cases. Additionally, the attorney will delegate tasks and responsibilities to a team of case staff to ensure efficient case progression.

Candidates must possess a law degree from an accredited institution and be an active member in good standing with the State Bar Association. A minimum of two years of experience in Social Security Disability law, with a proven ability to handle a high volume of cases, is required. Strong client service and communication skills, along with superior writing and oral advocacy abilities, are essential.
