Social Media Performance Manager
This is a hands-on performance role for someone who enjoys getting into the details. You’ll be responsible for building and optimising campaign structures, running tests and experiments, analysing performance data, and making sure everything we do meets regulatory requirements. You’ll work with a high level of autonomy and play a key role in driving demand, improving marketing performance, and supporting the company’s growth.
What will you be doing?
Specialist Paid Social Strategy
- Develop, own and lead paid social media acquisition strategies across Meta, Reddit, TikTok and emerging platforms
- Responsible for paid media strategy and performance across UK and selected international markets
- Design, implement and govern bespoke paid social frameworks, including account architecture, testing methodologies, optimisation logic and performance governance
- Ensure all activity complies with platform policies and healthcare advertising regulations
Technical Campaign Management
- Configure and maintain advanced paid social technical setups, including tracking frameworks, conversion events, audience segmentation and attribution logic
- Monitor, analyse and optimise performance using platform data, analytics tools and structured testing methodologies
- Manage and optimise paid media budgets to maximise return on investment, efficiency and learning outcomes
Data Analysis & Insight Generation
- Analyse campaign and funnel performance to generate statistically and commercially meaningful insights
- Apply hypothesis-led testing and experimentation, particularly in low-volume or constrained or regulated data environments
- Translate complex performance data into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with creative, brand, UX, analytics, product and clinical teams to develop compliant, platform-appropriate creative assets
