Social Media Lead (Global Crypto Exchange)

Hyphen Connect is seeking a Social Media Lead to spearhead the global social media strategy for a top-tier digital asset exchange serving millions of users worldwide. This role involves managing a multi-platform social media matrix, including platforms such as X/Twitter, Telegram, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and regional platforms. The Social Media Lead will collaborate closely with regional teams, content creators, and marketing leadership to ensure consistent and engaging communication across all channels.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing the global social media strategy, driving creative content ideation that resonates with crypto culture, and planning content around market cycles, product launches, events, and trending narratives. The role also involves establishing clear content governance, workflows, and performance metrics, as well as monitoring trends, memes, sentiment, and competitor activity in real time. Managing external agencies, creators, or internal editors where applicable is also part of the role.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience leading social media strategy at scale, not just execution, and possess strong creative instincts to drive engagement. Deep familiarity with Web3, crypto, and exchange industry rhythms, users, and narratives is essential. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and executive communication skills are also required.
