Snr. Social Media Manager (Remote)

The Senior Social Media Manager at KnowBe4 is responsible for developing and executing global social media strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and YouTube. This role involves managing both organic and paid social media initiatives to enhance brand presence and engagement. The position is remote, allowing for flexibility and collaboration with teams worldwide.

Key responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day operations of social media content creation, approvals, scheduling, and paid campaigns. The manager will collaborate with various departments, including Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Events, and International Marketing, to create engaging campaigns that support overall marketing efforts. Additionally, the role involves community management, crafting landing pages, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize strategies.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with at least five years of B2B social media experience, including agency management. Preferred qualifications include experience in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity, proficiency with marketing automation tools like HubSpot, and CRM systems such as Salesforce. A deep understanding of global social media marketing strategies, expertise in platforms like LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and experience in implementing and optimizing paid social media campaigns are essential. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are also required.

The base salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $112,000 annually, depending on the candidate's skills and experience.
