Snr. Product Manager, End User (Hybrid)
As a Senior Product Manager, End User at KnowBe4, you will lead the strategy for a cohesive end-user journey across all products, ensuring a seamless, gamified, and effective learning environment. Your role focuses on enhancing user engagement and motivation through innovative product management and end-user experience strategies.
Key responsibilities include integrating gamification frameworks such as achievements, badges, leaderboards, and narrative-driven learning to boost user motivation and retention. You will map out the security awareness journey of users, identify key moments for impactful learning experiences, and collaborate with engineering and design teams to unify end-user experiences across the product suite.
The ideal candidate possesses over three years of product management experience, specifically in designing intrinsic motivation loops, digital learning, user experience, or mobile/console game development. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred. Proficiency with tools like Gmail, Google Docs, MS Office, and familiarity with ticketing systems such as Zendesk or JIRA are advantageous. Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent time management and organizational abilities, are essential.
