As the Senior Product Manager for Data and Platform Insights at KnowBe4, you will lead the development and execution of product strategies focused on reporting, analytics, and risk scoring capabilities. This role is pivotal in delivering actionable insights to administrators and enabling enterprise customers to integrate data seamlessly with their own reporting tools. You will collaborate closely with data engineering teams to ensure performance and accuracy, while also building executive reporting features that demonstrate return on investment.

Key responsibilities include defining the product strategy for reporting, analytics, and risk scoring, balancing immediate delivery of polished executive reports with the long-term vision of opening up data architecture for customer self-service. You will design customer-facing dashboards and visualizations that highlight risk areas and proactively suggest remediation steps, clearly demonstrating business outcomes to relevant stakeholders. Additionally, you will define how the platform integrates with the broader enterprise ecosystem, understanding how data exports and APIs enable customers to ingest risk scores and platform data into their own tools for deeper analysis. Collaboration with data engineering is essential to ensure customer-facing data pipelines are performant and accurate, transforming large-scale data into meaningful reports without user-perceived latency. Developing reporting features specifically designed for the C-Suite and Board of Directors to effortlessly demonstrate the ROI of the KnowBe4 platform is also a key aspect of this role.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of product management experience, specifically managing data-heavy products, analytics platforms, or B2B SaaS reporting tools. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or a related technical field is preferred. You should possess a strong understanding of data ecosystems, including API structures and data exports, and how enterprise customers consume SaaS data in external BI tools. Technical fluency is required to engage in trade-off conversations with data engineers regarding latency, storage, and query performance. Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Figma, and Google Workspace is expected, along with the ability to translate raw data into actionable insights. A strategic problem-solving mindset is essential, balancing current customer reporting needs with designing for the AI-driven data future.
