Snr. Manager, Demand Generation (Remote)
The Senior Manager, Demand Generation at KnowBe4 is a remote role focused on driving pipeline growth and marketing-qualified lead generation. Reporting to the Vice President of Demand Generation, this leader joins a fast-growing, global cybersecurity company known for delivering security awareness training and simulated phishing platforms. The role is critical in defining and executing sophisticated demand generation strategies that support the company’s aggressive expansion and revenue objectives.
Day-to-day responsibilities include leading, planning, and optimizing multi-channel demand generation campaigns across both digital and traditional channels. This position requires collaborating closely with sales, content, creative, marketing operations, and product marketing teams to align campaign initiatives and measure business impact. The Senior Manager is expected to analyze performance data, oversee budget allocations, forecast pipeline contributions, and continuously refine processes to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Qualified candidates will possess significant experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, preferably in high-growth technology companies, and a demonstrated history of leading cross-functional marketing programs. Strong strategic planning, analytical, and project management skills are essential, alongside familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems such as Salesforce and Marketo. Excellent communications skills, leadership acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment are also required.
