Snr. Manager, Channel Marketing (Remote)
The Senior Manager, Channel Marketing at KnowBe4 is responsible for developing and executing partner marketing strategies within their assigned region. This role involves leading a growing team to drive channel revenue by collaborating with regional channel partners. Additionally, the position supports global partner marketing initiatives by implementing campaigns that engage and accelerate partners in the KnowBe4 Partner Program.
Key responsibilities include strategically planning and executing partner marketing activities to foster channel revenue growth and strengthen regional partnerships. The role also involves managing the regional channel marketing budget, providing strategic advice to channel sales leadership, and building executive-level relationships with strategic partner go-to-market teams. The Senior Manager is expected to manage multiple partner events concurrently, evaluate marketing performance, and recommend improvements.
Candidates should have over five years of experience in channel marketing, focusing on building partner networks, and at least two years in a management or team lead role. Experience in the IT Security or SaaS technology industry is preferred. Proficiency in managing partner marketing funding programs, Salesforce, partner relationship management software, and AI-driven technology is essential. Strong communication skills, a solid understanding of marketing channels, and proven leadership in cross-functional teams are also required.
The compensation for this position ranges from $117,000 to $122,000 annually.
