SMB Success Account Manager
The SMB Success Account Manager at Wellhub is responsible for managing a portfolio of small and medium-sized business clients, ensuring their successful onboarding and long-term engagement with Wellhub's corporate wellness platform. This role focuses on driving rapid customer adoption, achieving key performance metrics, and serving as a commercial escalation point for client concerns. Key responsibilities include defining and delivering a best-in-class onboarding experience for new clients, ensuring they reach a minimum enrollment level within the first month of their subscription. The Account Manager will proactively engage clients to secure high initial enrollment and product integration, manage reactive commercial requests related to churn and revenue growth, and analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. Consistently meeting key performance indicators, primarily the 'first value' enrollment metric, is essential.
Candidates should have at least three years of experience in a high-volume, customer success role, preferably within the wellness or benefits sectors. Experience selling SaaS solutions and/or to HR stakeholders is strongly preferred. The role requires strong commercial acumen, the ability to manage a high volume of clients effectively, and excellent communication skills. Adaptability, a proactive mindset, and enthusiasm for promoting healthier lifestyles are also important qualities.
