Candidates should have proven B2B sales experience within technology or SaaS companies, particularly in managing mid-market sales with short-term closing cycles. A consultative and strategic approach to client management is essential, along with a track record of converting both qualified inbound leads and outbound-generated prospects. Strong organizational skills are necessary to manage multiple communication channels and a high-volume opportunity pipeline effectively.
