This position is based in Miami, Florida, and operates on a hybrid model requiring three days onsite per week.
In this role, the representative is responsible for identifying and engaging SMB prospects through various outreach methods, including email, phone, LinkedIn, and video communications. Collaboration with Account Executives is essential to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads. The representative will build trust with potential clients by actively listening, addressing inquiries, and effectively overcoming objections. Educating clients on the benefits of workplace wellness and how Wellhub's solutions can support their business objectives is a key aspect of the daily responsibilities. Utilizing CRM and sales tools to accurately track interactions and manage the sales pipeline is also integral to the role.
Candidates should have 0-2 years of professional experience and a strong desire to embark on a career in technology or sales. Wellhub offers a competitive compensation package, with an annual base salary ranging from $49,129 to $57,387, depending on location and experience. This role is also eligible for participation in a sales incentive plan, with estimated On-Target Earnings (OTE) ranging from $63,867 to $74,603+.
