Service Desk I

As a Service Desk I technician at LVT, you will be the primary point of contact for all internal technology needs, ensuring that team members across departments have access to reliable and functional tools. This role is integral to maintaining the efficiency and productivity of the organization by resolving technical issues and fulfilling service requests promptly. LVT is a leader in intelligent site technology, providing AI-driven solutions that enhance safety and operational control for businesses.

Your daily responsibilities will include responding to and resolving technical requests through in-person interactions, chat, and email, with a focus on speed and quality. You will manage the entire ticket lifecycle, from initial triage to resolution, keeping users informed throughout the process. Additionally, you will install, configure, and troubleshoot computers (Mac/PC), peripherals, and mobile devices, assist with user provisioning and access troubleshooting for enterprise platforms, and help set up and maintain audio-visual equipment for various events.

The ideal candidate will have 0–2 years of experience in an IT support role, internship, or technical customer service environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with progress toward IT certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Network+ considered a plus. A foundational understanding of Windows and macOS environments, along with a desire to learn new enterprise technologies, is essential. Strong organizational skills, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users are also important.

This position is based in-office five days per week at LVT's headquarters in American Fork, Utah.
