SEO Outreach Specialist - Netherlands (12 month contract)
Canva is seeking an SEO Outreach Specialist for a 12-month contract based in Amsterdam, Netherlands. This role is part of the Logged Out Experience (LOX) Group and the International Supergroup, focusing on developing local strategies to enhance Canva's presence in the Benelux region. The position offers a hybrid work environment, combining in-office collaboration at Canva's Herengracht location with remote work flexibility.
The SEO Outreach Specialist will be responsible for executing end-to-end link-building campaigns, from planning and prospecting to outreach and relationship management. Key duties include securing high-quality backlinks for priority landing pages in the Netherlands and Belgium, building relationships with publishers and content creators, and identifying opportunities to increase Canva's visibility across various platforms. The role also involves collaborating with marketing, community, and product teams to amplify campaigns and leveraging AI tools to optimize outreach performance.
Ideal candidates will be native Dutch speakers with strong English proficiency and a deep understanding of the Dutch digital publishing landscape. Experience in link building, digital PR, or content marketing is essential, along with a solid grasp of SEO fundamentals. The role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage multiple outreach activities effectively. Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and outreach platforms like Pitchbox or BuzzStream is advantageous.
