As the Senior Workplace Experience Manager at Everlaw's Oakland headquarters, you will be the primary architect of our office environment, ensuring it remains a vibrant, inclusive, and high-functioning space for our team. This role requires a unique blend of operational excellence, hospitality-driven leadership, event planning expertise, and a passion for building a culture where every Everlawyer can do their best work. You will sit within the People Team and collaborate closely with IT, Finance, Facilities, and People Programs to ensure our workplace programs seamlessly support our hybrid work model and company growth.

In this role, you will manage the day-to-day operations of our Oakland headquarters to ensure a high-quality, inclusive, and productive environment for all employees and visitors. Responsibilities include partnering with our Facilities team on office design and operations, collaborating with our Food & Beverage team to shape inclusive food programs and culture-building initiatives, leading the planning and execution of internal org-wide workplace events, managing the workplace budget for the Oakland office, and identifying employee needs to define and execute our Workplace Experience strategy.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in workplace operations, facilities management, or corporate hospitality, preferably within a high-growth tech environment. Experience managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts to ensure high-quality service delivery is essential. A proven track record of event planning and a deep passion for executing creative, inclusive events that build community and foster a sense of belonging are also required. Exceptional communication skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and strong organizational skills with experience managing budgets and operational workflows are necessary.

The expected salary range for this role is between $142,000 and $165,000. The final offered salary will be dependent upon many factors, including the candidate’s experience and skills. The role's compensation is subject to change in the future.
