Customer Support Specialist I
Everlaw is seeking a highly motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our Customer Support team in New York City. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they have a successful and delightful experience with our platform. Your work will directly impact legal teams at law firms, corporations, government agencies, and nonprofit organizations who rely on Everlaw to discover truth and promote justice.
As a Customer Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include answering client questions, teaching product functionality, and troubleshooting technical issues via phone and email. You will collaborate with teammates to solve complex client tickets and improve the customer experience. Additionally, you will develop strong relationships with the Product and Engineering teams to drive product improvements.
The ideal candidate has a passion for technology and helping others understand and use it. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills that convey enthusiasm, energy, and empathy are essential. You should be organized, process-driven, and capable of anticipating and mitigating friction points in a fast-paced environment. A quick, eager, and proactive learner who takes initiative to resolve and learn from challenges will thrive in this role.
This full-time, non-exempt position offers an expected hourly rate range between $32.70 and $41.35, dependent upon experience and skills.
