Workplace Operations Coordinator
The Senior Workplace Operations Coordinator at Everlaw's New York office is pivotal in creating a welcoming and efficient environment for employees and visitors. This role encompasses managing daily office operations, overseeing vendor relationships, coordinating workplace experience programs, and ensuring facilities are well-maintained. Collaborating with the People, IT, and Facilities teams, the coordinator supports a seamless and positive work atmosphere.
Key responsibilities include greeting employees and visitors, managing office needs and internal requests, planning and executing on-site events to strengthen company culture, overseeing the lunch program and snack offerings, assisting with candidate interviews and new hire onboarding, conducting regular office walk-throughs to ensure cleanliness and functionality, liaising with property management for maintenance needs, and building and maintaining relationships with local vendors.
Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in office management, workplace operations, facilities, event programming, hospitality, employee experience, or people operations. Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, a customer service orientation, and the ability to work independently are essential. Proficiency in managing day-to-day responsibilities with a sense of urgency is also required.
