Senior Webflow Developer - Marketing Team
Harness is seeking a Senior Webflow Developer to join our Marketing Team. In this role, you will be instrumental in building, optimizing, and maintaining our marketing website, collaborating closely with designers, content managers, product managers, and other developers to create high-performing and visually engaging web experiences. Your expertise in Webflow, front-end development, and performance optimization will be critical in ensuring a seamless and engaging user journey.
Key responsibilities include developing and enhancing marketing web pages using Webflow, managing Webflow CMS collections, and implementing Figma designs with pixel-perfect accuracy. You will also focus on improving site speed, performance, accessibility, and SEO/AEO best practices. Additionally, you will implement A/B testing, conversion rate optimizations, and tracking integrations with tools like Google Analytics and Marketo. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will develop landing pages and campaign assets that drive engagement and conversions, while also enhancing Webflow’s capabilities through custom code and third-party integrations.
The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience developing Webflow websites in a professional setting, with strong proficiency in Webflow, Webflow CMS, and custom code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). A solid understanding of UX/UI principles and the ability to work with Figma designs are essential. Experience in optimizing Webflow sites for speed, SEO, and accessibility, as well as a background in conversion-focused pages and A/B testing, is highly desirable. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate marketing and design needs into functional web solutions are crucial. A B.S. degree in Computer Science or equivalent with 2+ years of industry experience is required.
