The Senior Technical Product Manager - Banking Infrastructure at Trade Republic is a pivotal role within the Banking Infrastructure team, responsible for shaping and scaling the technological backbone of the company. In this role, the individual will take full ownership of one or more technical products, managing them from ideation to delivery. The role requires close collaboration with engineers, operations managers, and cross-functional teams such as security, compliance, data, and legal to develop solutions that enhance user experience and provide business value.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of hands-on product management experience in user-facing or technical products, such as platforms, distributed systems, or SDKs. A founder mindset is essential, with a preference for working in highly autonomous, ambiguous, and fast-paced environments. Strong analytical, prioritization, organizational, and problem-solving skills are also required.
