Senior Technical Designer

ALO is seeking a Senior Technical Designer to join our dynamic team dedicated to delivering high-quality, innovative products in the activewear industry. As a key member of our design department, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between design concepts and final production, ensuring that our products meet both aesthetic and functional standards.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and refining technical specifications, creating detailed tech packs, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including design, production, and quality assurance. Your day-to-day tasks will involve overseeing fit sessions, making pattern adjustments, and ensuring that all garments align with ALO's quality and design standards.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in fashion design or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in technical design within the apparel industry. Proficiency in pattern-making software, strong knowledge of garment construction, and excellent communication skills are essential. Experience with activewear or performance apparel is highly desirable.
