Additionally, you will address technical inquiries via live chat, Slack, and email, and manage the ticketing system to relay bug reports, feature requests, and technical issues to the engineering team. Contributing to the enhancement of technical resources, such as updating official documentation and developing SDKs and third-party integrations, is also a key aspect of the role.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a similar support role, preferably within a high-growth startup environment.
