Xometry is a leading digital manufacturing marketplace, connecting innovative designers and engineers with a vast network of manufacturing partners to facilitate on-demand production of high-quality custom parts.

As a Senior Solutions Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include supporting sales efforts by conducting discovery meetings to uncover business and technical requirements that align with Xometry's solutions. Proficiency in CAD and technical drawing, as well as expertise in areas such as new product development, materials science, plastics engineering, and mold design, are highly desirable. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and a willingness to travel up to 20% are also necessary.

We offer a competitive compensation package, with an estimated base salary range of $101,000 to $150,000 annually, plus commission, depending on factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and location. Our benefits package includes a 401(k) match, medical, dental, and vision insurance; life and disability insurance; generous paid time off, including vacation, sick leave, floating and fixed holidays, maternity and bonding leave; employee assistance programs; and other well-being resources.

At Xometry, we foster a collaborative and innovative company culture that values diversity and inclusion.
