The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing features and services that involve collaborations among multiple classes and updates to database schemas. The role also entails documenting technical designs, leading design reviews, participating in sprint planning, and integrating AI- and data-powered components into production systems while adhering to data privacy guidelines.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with over three years of professional experience in software development, focusing on back-end or full-stack development. Proficiency in backend languages such as Ruby or Python is essential, as is a deep understanding of distributed systems, caching, and database optimization. Experience with modern frontend technologies like TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and component-based frameworks such as React is also required. Strong communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented mindset are crucial for success in this role.
