As the Senior Sales Strategy & Operations Lead at Xometry, you will serve as a strategic advisor to the Sales leadership team, focusing on maximizing revenue potential and sales efficiency. This role involves defining the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, leading critical planning cycles, and translating complex operational data into executive-level business recommendations. Your success will be measured by your ability to improve sales effectiveness through strategic insights, robust planning, and flawless execution of organizational change initiatives.

Key responsibilities include acting as a strategic partner to senior sales leaders, providing data-backed recommendations on GTM model effectiveness, territory design, and resource allocation. You will drive annual sales planning processes, design and model the financial impact of sales compensation plans, and develop executive-level dashboards and performance metrics. Additionally, you will conduct complex analyses to support high-impact decisions, optimize sales processes, and oversee data governance standards within sales systems.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a highly analytical field, along with 8+ years of progressive experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, or a highly analytical role like Management Consulting. Proven experience managing teams, including offshore or remote resources, is essential. A deep understanding of GTM strategies, territory management principles, and sales compensation design is required. Technical proficiency in financial and operational modeling using Excel/Google Sheets, as well as experience with BI platforms like Tableau or Power BI, is also necessary.

The estimated base salary range for this role is $140,000 to $150,000 annually, depending on factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and location.
