Xometry is seeking a Senior Sales Strategy and Operations Lead to serve as a strategic advisor to the Sales leadership team. This role focuses on maximizing revenue potential and sales efficiency by defining the Go-to-Market strategy, leading planning cycles, and translating operational data into executive-level recommendations. The position is based in Waltham, MA, with a hybrid work setting.

Key responsibilities include acting as a strategic advisor to senior sales leaders, driving annual sales planning processes, designing sales compensation plans, developing executive-level dashboards, conducting complex analyses for high-impact decisions, and leveraging data analysis techniques to identify trends and productivity bottlenecks. Additionally, the role involves optimizing the sales process, overseeing data governance within sales systems, and ensuring the sales technology stack supports the defined strategy.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related analytical field, along with over 8 years of experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, or a similar analytical role. Proven experience managing teams, particularly offshore or remote resources, is essential. Strong proficiency in financial and operational modeling using Excel or Google Sheets, as well as experience with BI platforms like Tableau or Power BI, is required. A deep understanding of Go-to-Market strategies, territory management, and sales compensation design is also necessary.

The estimated base salary range for this role is $140,000 to $150,000 annually, depending on factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and location.
