The Senior Renewals Manager at Modern Health is responsible for overseeing the renewal process for a portfolio of enterprise clients, ensuring both retention and expansion of annual recurring revenue (ARR). This role involves close collaboration with Client Management, Legal, and Finance teams to develop and execute strategies that protect and grow revenue streams. Reporting to the Senior Director of Account Management and Renewals, the position is fully remote within the United States, with the exception of Hawaii.

Key responsibilities include proactively engaging with key decision-makers to identify and mitigate renewal risks, leading contract negotiations that align with both Modern Health's objectives and client goals, and maintaining accurate and timely forecasting of renewal and expansion projections. The Senior Renewals Manager also works cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to implement risk-mitigation strategies and identifies upsell and cross-sell opportunities during the renewal cycle.

Candidates should have a proven track record in managing enterprise client renewals, with strong negotiation skills and the ability to develop and execute strategic plans. Experience in SaaS or technology sectors is preferred, along with a deep understanding of revenue retention and expansion strategies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential for working effectively with cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
