As a Client Manager at Modern Health, you will oversee employer relationships from initial launch through contract renewal across the Asia-Pacific region. This role involves partnering with Fortune 500 companies to drive product adoption, engagement, and long-term client retention and growth. You will collaborate closely with senior HR executives and business leaders, serving as a product expert, strategic consultant, and advocate for mental health solutions.

Key responsibilities include managing a portfolio of enterprise accounts, building and maintaining relationships with global stakeholders such as Benefit Managers and HR Executives, and supporting sales initiatives by representing the Client Management function. You will conduct regular global account meetings to align customer strategies, define and execute custom program strategies that integrate with clients' broader benefit offerings, and champion engagement with Modern Health’s mental wellness programs. Additionally, you will serve as the primary contact for global solution updates, provide local implementation support, and deliver tailored Benefit Overview sessions.

The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience managing client relationships or selling to HR leaders within B2B technology sectors, with a strong preference for experience in employer benefits and healthcare. Proven success in autonomously managing a diverse book of business, engaging with executive sponsors and senior decision-makers, and achieving high retention, adoption, renewal, and expansion metrics is essential. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in additional languages is advantageous. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, the ability to derive actionable insights from customer data, and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving client issues are also critical.
