Senior QA Lead

Hyphen Connect is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Lead to oversee and enhance the quality of their product suite. This role involves defining the QA strategy and collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to deliver reliable, secure, and user-friendly features.

The Senior QA Lead will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive test plans, implementing effective testing processes and metrics, and ensuring smooth release cycles. The role includes conducting both manual and automated testing across various levels, such as API, UI, integration, regression, and smoke tests, to maintain solid coverage and reliability.

Candidates should have over seven years of experience in QA or software quality roles, with at least two years leading QA initiatives or teams in dynamic product environments. Proficiency with test automation frameworks and tools, as well as a solid understanding of modern web and mobile architectures, APIs, microservices, and cloud environments, is essential.
