Senior Product Manager, Protein Services

The Senior Product Manager for Protein Services at GenScript/ProBio will lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of the protein services and catalog product portfolio. This role involves managing the full product lifecycle and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure market success. The position is ideally based onsite in Piscataway, NJ, with remote options within the US considered.

Key responsibilities include acting as the strategic owner of the protein services and catalog portfolio, defining and executing the product roadmap, leading new product development from ideation to launch, leveraging market data and customer feedback to guide strategic decisions, collaborating with marketing to build compelling campaigns, developing sales enablement tools, and utilizing strong business and financial acumen to evaluate ROI and track KPIs.

The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of product management experience in the life sciences or biotech industry, proven success in translating customer insights into product strategy, a strong understanding of scientific and technical workflows in protein production, CRISPR, synthetic biology, or gene/cell therapy, demonstrated experience managing full product lifecycle and leading cross-functional initiatives, an advanced degree (MS or PhD) in biological sciences, bioengineering, molecular biology, or related disciplines, excellent communication and collaboration skills, strong business and analytical skills, and professional proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a strong asset.

The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 to $150,000, based on experience.
