Senior Product Manager, International & Enterprise
Gong is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the expansion of its international and enterprise businesses. This strategic role involves collaborating with customers and go-to-market teams across the US, Europe, and Asia-Pacific to drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients, enhancing product engagement, and establishing a foundation for future development. The position is part of a matrixed organization, working alongside core product development teams based in Israel and Ireland, and requires significant customer interaction, strategic planning, and execution across multiple stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include developing a deep understanding of customer needs through direct interactions and market research, closely collaborating with international and enterprise go-to-market teams to provide product expertise, and reviewing and prioritizing customer feature requests to identify product opportunities. The role also involves aligning the product roadmap with core development teams to benefit international and enterprise segments, executing high-priority feature development for specific customer solutions, partnering with Enablement to ensure go-to-market teams understand roadmap implications, and collaborating with product colleagues to identify common needs across customer segments.
The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in B2B enterprise product management roles, with relevant entrepreneurial or strategic solution consulting experience also considered. An international perspective, driven by meaningful professional or life experience outside the US, is essential. The role requires flexibility to take occasional off-hour calls to coordinate with stakeholders across different time zones, a willingness to travel regularly for customer meetings and team interactions, strong technical and product acumen to define both strategic vision and detailed feature requirements, and proven ability to engage confidently with senior-level stakeholders in large enterprises. Excellent internal communication and influencing skills, the ability to independently create professional presentations and documentation, and an aptitude to quickly learn the dynamics of new markets are also important.
