Senior Product Manager - Forecast

Gong is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of Gong Forecast, a key component of the Gong Revenue AI Operating System. This role involves full ownership of the Forecast Analytics product lifecycle and the underlying data foundation, aiming to provide revenue leaders with real-time visibility into forecast health, trends, and changes. The position is based in Tel Aviv and offers a flexible hybrid work model.

The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for defining and executing the product vision and strategy, collaborating with customers and internal stakeholders to develop configurable analytics capabilities. Key duties include making critical decisions around data modeling, enabling cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvement of the data layer to support diverse capabilities within the Gong Forecast product.

Candidates should have over five years of experience in B2B SaaS product management, with a strong background in building analytics, reporting, or data-intensive products. A solid understanding of product lifecycle processes, excellent collaboration skills, and fluency in English are essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and accountability, thriving in a team environment with exceptionally strong peers.
