LVT is seeking a strategic, systems-thinking Senior Product Manager to oversee the lifecycle, health, and evolution of our deployed hardware fleet. This role focuses on "Product Life Extension & Optimization," ensuring thousands of mobile surveillance units and building-mounted systems in the field remain high-performing platforms for our software and AI. The position sits at the intersection of Hardware Engineering, Service Operations, and Data Analytics, transforming field units into a reliable, modular, and data-transparent fleet.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing a multi-year roadmap for fleet upgrades, retrofits, and end-of-life transitions that align with LVT’s broader software and AI goals. The role involves proactively managing component lifecycles, identifying at-risk components, and leading the validation process for replacements to ensure zero supply chain or field downtime. Additionally, the Senior Product Manager will define and track KPIs for fleet health, partner with Service Operations to identify root causes of field failures, and drive hardware engineering changes to improve reliability.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of Product Management experience, with a proven track record of managing complex physical hardware through its entire lifecycle. They should demonstrate fluency in hardware/software systems, possess strong operational and financial acumen, and have familiarity with embedded electronic products, power management, and communication interfaces. Proficiency in using BI tools to analyze fleet telemetry and drive decision-making is essential. A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field is required; an MBA or advanced technical degree is a plus.

LVT offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employees inside and outside the office, investing in health, families, and financial futures. The company fosters a culture of innovation and collaboration, providing opportunities for professional growth and development. Joining LVT means becoming part of a cutting-edge team that is actively building technology to make sites smarter, safer, and more secure.
