Senior Product Manager - Enterprise & User Management

Gong is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Enterprise and User Management agenda, focusing on enhancing user management, permissions, and administrative tools for enterprise customers. This role involves driving the product lifecycle from vision to execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and intuitive solutions that strengthen Gong's position in the enterprise market.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing the Enterprise, User Management, and Permissions strategy, managing the entire product planning and design process, and leading collaboration with Design, Engineering, and other teams to define workflows and make critical tradeoff decisions. The role also involves working directly with customers and internal stakeholders to understand complex needs and translate them into a clear, prioritized roadmap, ensuring alignment between technical constraints and user requirements.

The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience as a product manager in SaaS products, a passion for creating and building new products, and experience in established SaaS companies with significant operations across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, and internal tools. A strong technical understanding, particularly in building user management and permissions for enterprise customers, is essential. Fluency in English and the ability to work effectively as part of a high-performing team are also required.
