Senior Product Manager
BVNK is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and scaling of a critical card product within our payments ecosystem. This role offers the opportunity to define strategy, build, and optimize fintech products from inception to market success. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional payment experiences, contributing to BVNK's mission of accelerating global money movement through stablecoin-native infrastructure.
Key responsibilities include owning the full product lifecycle from initial development to scaling and optimization, leading product discovery to define clear problem statements and actionable roadmaps, and driving rapid iteration cycles informed by customer feedback and data insights. The role also involves ensuring continuous improvement of product-market fit with measurable outcomes and collaborating closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in building and scaling card products from MVP to full market launch, a strong ability to operate in high-velocity, ambiguous environments, and deep experience using data to inform product decisions. Additionally, a strong understanding of the payments ecosystem, including payment technology and regulatory frameworks, and a passion for blockchain-based products are essential. Demonstrated ownership of product performance, ideally with P&L responsibility, and a strong commercial mindset are also required.
