Merchant Support Analyst
BVNK is seeking a Merchant Support Analyst to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. As a next-generation payments platform, BVNK bridges traditional and digital finance, enabling businesses to send and receive payments across major schemes and blockchain networks. This role is integral to our mission of making payments borderless, instant, and secure.
In this position, you will manage incoming queries from our global customer base, ensuring prompt and professional support. Your responsibilities will include investigating and resolving customer issues, maintaining extensive knowledge of our products, and exceeding customer expectations by going above and beyond. Additionally, you will communicate and coordinate with colleagues across various departments to enhance the efficiency of our customer service processes.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in the customer service industry, preferably within fintech, and a successful track record in managing relationships and multiple projects simultaneously. A Bachelor's Degree is required, along with exceptional interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong work ethic. A desire to learn and gain insight into the crypto industry is also essential.
