The Financial Crime Systems Analyst at BVNK plays an integral role within the Risk and Compliance team, focused on safeguarding the company and its clients from financial crime. The Systems Analyst will be responsible for configuring, monitoring, and improving financial crime detection platforms. Key tasks include analyzing transaction data, conducting system effectiveness checks, ensuring regulatory requirements are met, and working closely with engineering and product teams to implement new solutions. The analyst is also expected to provide regular reporting, handle system upgrades, and troubleshoot issues as they arise, fostering best practices across the compliance function.

Candidates for this position should have proven experience in financial crime prevention, preferably within fintech, banking, or a related field. Strong knowledge of transaction monitoring systems, data analysis, and regulatory frameworks such as AML and KYC are required. The ideal applicant will also demonstrate robust communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Experience working with SQL, Python, or similar tools for data interrogation is a plus.
