Senior Product Designer (Mobile)

Trade Republic is seeking a Senior Product Designer (Mobile) to join our Wealth team. As Europe's largest savings platform, we serve over 10 million customers across 18 countries, managing assets exceeding €150 billion. Our mission is to democratize wealth by providing easy, safe, and free access to financial systems. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to innovative financial solutions that empower individuals to build wealth.

In this position, you will own end-to-end design processes, developing solutions from initial concept through to implementation and beyond. Collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and data analysts, you will ensure alignment on priorities and deliver high-quality experiences tailored to diverse user personas. Additionally, you will work with design leadership to enhance our design processes, operations, and practices across various problem spaces.

The ideal candidate has over six years of professional experience as a Product Designer, with a strong focus on mobile applications. A robust portfolio demonstrating proficiency in problem-solving, interaction design, and both desktop and mobile user interfaces is essential. Strong product thinking skills, the ability to set product goals, identify opportunities, and make decisions based on user and business needs are crucial. Experience in designing financial products, particularly in wealth management, trading, or cryptocurrency, is advantageous.
