Senior Product Content Writer

Gong is seeking a Senior Product Content Writer to join our dynamic team in Tel Aviv. This role involves collaborating with product managers, engineers, and designers to create clear and concise microcopy, user assistance materials, and Help Center articles that enhance the user experience of our AI-driven revenue intelligence platform.

Key responsibilities include owning and managing content needs for specific product pillars, developing and maintaining UX/UI content, supporting the documentation of Help Center articles, and creating user assistance features such as product tours and sidebar content. The role also involves defining and maintaining the Content Team Style Guide and design system, as well as monitoring feedback channels to address customer needs and prioritize content development.

The ideal candidate has over five years of experience in writing microcopy and Help Center content, possesses native-level English proficiency, and can adapt tone and voice to match various customer personas and use cases. They should be self-motivated, capable of managing and prioritizing tasks with minimal supervision, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong research skills, teamwork, and the ability to multitask effectively are essential.
