The Senior PH Regulatory Affairs Manager at Point Digital Finance, Inc. will lead the risk, compliance, and regulatory affairs functions in the Philippines, ensuring adherence to local regulations and supporting the company's growth in the fintech sector. This role involves close collaboration with global stakeholders to localize frameworks, manage regulatory relationships, and foster a culture of risk awareness within the organization.

Key responsibilities include serving as the primary liaison with regulators such as the BSP, AMLC, DOLE, NPC, BIR, SEC, and local government units. The manager will oversee compliance with labor standards, employment practices, workplace policies, and statutory reporting. Additionally, they will manage business permits, licenses, and local compliance requirements, lead regulatory submissions and audits, and design and implement compliance frameworks aligned with both global standards and Philippine regulations.

The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in compliance, risk, or regulatory roles within financial services, fintech, or regulated industries. A strong working knowledge of the Philippine regulatory landscape, including DOLE labor laws, BIR tax compliance, and LGU requirements, is essential. Experience with PEZA, BOI, NPC, or other investment promotion agencies is advantageous. The role requires proven experience in managing multi-agency regulatory engagements, audits, and inspections, as well as the ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment with high accountability.
