The Senior People & Culture Business Partner at ROLLER will collaborate closely with executive and senior leaders across global Technology, Finance, Data/AI, and Corporate functions. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing people strategies that support ROLLER's mission to enhance guest experiences worldwide through innovative technology solutions. As the most senior People & Culture Business Partner in the APAC region, the position reports directly to the Chief Performance Officer and offers significant autonomy and influence within the organization.

Key responsibilities include acting as a trusted advisor to leadership, translating business priorities into effective people strategies, and utilizing data-driven insights to enhance engagement, retention, and performance. The role involves coaching leaders through performance challenges and organizational changes, facilitating talent and performance processes such as goal setting and career development, and driving initiatives to build leadership capability and manager effectiveness. Additionally, the position focuses on strengthening team culture, engagement, and belonging across ROLLER's global operations.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in strategic HR business partnering within fast-paced, high-growth environments, particularly in the technology sector. Strong skills in organizational design, talent management, and leadership development are essential. Proficiency in using people analytics to inform decision-making and a proven track record in coaching senior leaders are also required.
