As a Senior People Business Partner at Talon.One, you will collaborate closely with key business leaders within the Go-to-Market organization, including Marketing, Sales, Post-Sales, and Revenue Operations. Talon.One, headquartered in Berlin, is a leading technology company with a global presence. Your role will be pivotal in shaping workforce strategies that attract top talent, enhance engagement, and drive performance, aligning People & Culture initiatives with our overarching business objectives.

In this position, you will be responsible for designing and implementing people-related solutions across the organization. Your day-to-day activities will include coaching leaders on all aspects of the employee life cycle, advising on talent-related needs to achieve company goals, and actively participating in headcount planning and organizational design within the Go-to-Market division. Additionally, you will translate business requirements into People & Culture programs, policies, and processes, as well as design and facilitate training sessions to empower leadership.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience as a People Business Partner, directly partnering with executives on organizational design, performance management, and critical people decisions in fast-paced environments. A strong business acumen, particularly in working with revenue metrics and commission plans, is essential. Proficiency in People analytics to assess team performance, engagement, and retention rates is also required. The ability to adapt quickly, prioritize effectively, and make informed decisions with limited information is crucial, along with excellent communication skills tailored to various audiences and situations.
