Talent Acquisition Partner
Talon.One is seeking a full-stack Recruiter to join our Berlin-based Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will conduct full-cycle searches and strategically partner with both commercial and tech teams to hire talent across our eight hubs in Europe, the US, and APAC. This is a full-time position based in Berlin, Germany.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will own and drive all aspects of the hiring life-cycle. You will collaborate with hiring managers to develop creative strategies and streamlined processes to identify the right talent for Talon.One. Utilizing innovative and creative sourcing techniques, you will spot, attract, and engage top talent, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience at every touchpoint. Additionally, you will analyze pipeline health with data, maintain a keen eye for detail regarding our ATS and data storage, and partner with People & Culture to share market insights and strengthen Talon.One’s employer brand.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in fast-paced, tech-focused environments. You should be adept at sourcing, engaging, and closing top talent, with experience working with ATS systems (we use Greenhouse) and LinkedIn Recruiter. Proven ability to advise and build trust with stakeholders across all levels of seniority, strong communication skills, outstanding time management and prioritization abilities, and a mindset of resilience and flexibility in a fast-moving environment are essential. Experience recruiting for technical or product roles is a plus.
