People Operations Partner
The People Operations Partner at Talon.One serves as a key HR contact, primarily supporting employees in Germany and the United States. This role is integral to the People Operations team, which focuses on delivering efficient and people-centered HR support across the organization. The position is based in Berlin, Germany, and reports to the Head of People Operations.
Key responsibilities include acting as the main point of contact for employees, managing pre-onboarding and onboarding processes, drafting employment-related documents, assisting with relocation and immigration processes, and supporting employees with time-off management and benefits enrollment. The role also involves preparing payroll data, maintaining accurate employee records, utilizing HRIS for data extraction and reporting, managing employee requests through a ticketing system, and educating employees and managers on HR policies and programs.
Candidates should have over three years of experience in HR Operations, preferably in a fast-growing environment, with a strong understanding of operational best practices and compliance requirements. Fluency in English is required, and professional proficiency in German (B2 level or above) is preferred. Experience with HRIS and ticketing systems, as well as proficiency in using spreadsheets for reporting and organizing HR data, are also necessary.
