The Senior Onboarding Client Services Specialist at Remote plays a pivotal role in delivering seamless and compliant onboarding experiences for clients and their employees. Embedded within the Onboarding Operations team of the Employer of Record division, this position offers exposure to global employment practices and the opportunity to influence onboarding processes at scale. The role is fully remote, allowing for asynchronous work within a distributed team.

Key responsibilities include acting as the primary point of contact for client-facing teams on all onboarding-related topics, managing onboarding processes for enterprise-level clients with tailored workflows, and executing and evaluating employee onboardings to improve service quality. The specialist will also manage service delivery for onboarding operations, respond to customer and employee inquiries via the Help Desk, and collaborate closely with various teams to deliver exceptional client support.

Candidates should have significant experience in customer-facing roles such as solutions consulting or employee onboarding, with a strong knowledge of onboarding best practices and the global employment landscape. The role requires the ability to partner cross-functionally, design and manage customer workflows, handle escalations, and possess creative problem-solving skills. Comfort with SaaS platforms, a professional presence in video calls, and a process-improvement mindset are essential.

The annual salary range for this full-time position is $35,250 to $79,300 USD.
