Senior Mobile Developer (React Native)
Hyphen Connect is seeking a Senior Mobile Developer to lead the development and maintenance of high-performance React Native applications for both iOS and Android platforms. As the world's first licensed hybrid decentralized exchange (DEX), Hyphen Connect is on a mission to make wealth-building as natural as daily life by building a compliant, self-custodial platform for premium tokenized strategies—from crypto to alternative investments—on trusted infrastructure. This role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of the React Native architecture and contribute to delivering a seamless, high-performance trading experience.
The Senior Mobile Developer will be responsible for architecting, developing, and maintaining high-performance React Native applications for both iOS and Android platforms. Key responsibilities include driving high-level architecture decisions, establishing coding standards, implementing industry best practices, ensuring superior code quality, stability, and scalability across the entire mobile codebase, leading rigorous code reviews, providing technical guidance and mentorship to mobile engineers, collaborating closely with Product, Backend, Design, and QA teams to execute feature delivery from conception to deployment, proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks, memory leaks, and stability risks to ensure a premium user experience, and defining and refining mobile development workflows, including testing strategies and CI/CD release processes.
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of professional mobile development experience (iOS, Android, or both), 3+ years of hands-on experience deploying and maintaining React Native applications in production environments, a strong background as a Tech Lead or Senior Engineer with a track record of owning mobile code quality, expert-level knowledge of TypeScript/JavaScript and a commitment to clean code principles, a deep understanding of mobile architecture, memory management, and performance tuning, proficiency with native tooling, including Xcode, Android Studio, Gradle, and CocoaPods, and extensive experience integrating REST APIs, managing complex authentication flows, and ensuring secure data handling.
