Talon. One is seeking a Senior MLOps Engineer to join our expanding Intelligence Platform team in Berlin. As part of a cross-functional group of engineers, data scientists, and product managers, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust MLOps infrastructure to support the deployment, monitoring, and scalability of our machine learning models. This position offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of machine learning operations within a dynamic and innovative environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining MLOps pipelines that automate data preparation, model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring. You will design scalable infrastructure using cloud platforms and tools such as Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform. Implementing CI/CD processes for machine learning models to ensure reproducibility and reliability will be a key aspect of your day-to-day work. Additionally, you will monitor model performance and data drift in production, implementing automated retraining workflows as necessary.

The ideal candidate will have over six years of experience in software engineering or DevOps, with at least three years focused on MLOps or machine learning infrastructure roles. Proficiency in deploying and managing machine learning systems at scale, particularly in high-availability, real-time environments, is essential. Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn are required. Experience with Google Cloud Platform, infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform, and containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes is also necessary.
