Senior Merchandiser, Accessories
As the Senior Merchandiser for Accessories at ALO, you will lead and drive assortment strategies within the Accessories department. This role involves understanding customer needs and market capacity to build consumer-focused assortments that align with the company's mindful movement philosophy. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product selections meet financial plans and deliver business results.
Key responsibilities include developing seasonal and annual strategies for Accessories categories to meet or exceed sales and margin targets. You will create and communicate seasonal line plans to guide design, product development, and production, ensuring timely delivery and cost targets are met. Additionally, you will merchandise and present seasonal product assortments, track business performance, and identify risks and opportunities to react to current business trends.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of merchandising experience, including omni-channel, international, and wholesale, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role. Strong relationships and experience with product development, design, production, and buying teams are essential. A deep knowledge of the current women's market, excellent communication and organizational skills, and strong Excel proficiency are also required. Experience in the luxury sector is preferred.
The base salary range for this position is $140,000 to $155,000 per year, with actual salaries varying based on factors such as location, experience, and performance.
